A sign in poor condition is hardly an advertisement. Rather than welcoming the public, it may actually be signaling them to stay away. When the owners of Plant and Garden Center took over a dreary old greenhouse in East Hartford, CT, they hired ARTfx to design and build a fresh new sign. The old eyesore was scrapped, giving way to an 8 foot circle featuring a colorful 5 foot flower, and business began to blossom. |  |
